The project is an oceanfront high end development in 24 floors with 4 units per floor offering luxury residential condominium apartments. The design concept recognizes and maximizes the privileged location of this condominium and the view in all directions. The apartments respond to this by providing all the amenities and spaces with visual openings towards the entire periphery. The use of prefabricated panels was implemented to guarantee quality and uniformity, as well as helping to lower construction costs and time.
